Scott Savary is the Principal of Savary APC. Scott Savary graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1994. Since that time he has represented individuals who have been injured or wronged by others. Coming out of law school Scott had the good fortune to work for one of the better known firms in town and was given a broad exposure to trial work in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense work. As a young attorney in a busy practice Scott was given the opportunity to try many cases ranging from Driving Under the Influence to auto accidents, slip and falls, and assault cases. One of the more memorable cases involved being second chair in the murder trial of a very honorable Navy commander, a man pushed to the brink by a neighborhood bully.
In 2007 Scott Savary opened Savary APC where he continues to represent individuals against insurance companies and the government. Building on the litigation and trial experience garnered through years of hard work at his former firm, Scott continued to build on and improve the skills and techniques necessary to achieve the best possible outcome for each and every client.
