Scott Savary formed Savary APC in 2007 after spending 13 years working with a prominent local law firm. Savary APC’s goal is to serve individuals who have been injured, wronged or unfairly accused. Over the years Savary APC has helped hundreds of clients achieve justice.

What is best for the client
What is best for the client is what is done. At all times throughout the representation of a client, the decision making rests with the client. All the advice necessary to make the best decision for the client is provided so the client can make an informed decision. The maxim that ‘uncertainty is generally caused by a lack of information’ is repeated often. That is why Savary APC continually pushes to get the information the other side doesn’t want to share. Once all the information is obtained the decision making process becomes much easier.
Trials are a good thing
Trials are a good thing. When a case is properly prepared and evaluated it will generally lead to a negotiation that will result in a number that reflects proper compensation for the wrong done to a client. More often than not insurance carriers and the large defense firms they employ choose to ignore concepts of fairness and try to force settlements on individuals that do not reflect proper compensation for their insured’s acts. Because trials force the wrongs into the open light of day and allow the community, in the form of a jury, to examine those wrongs, a decision reflecting fair and just compensation can be made.

A famous quote, from the closing argument of Atticus Finch, in To Kill A Mockingbird helps to illustrate this point well; “But there is one way in this country which all men are created equal—there is one human institution that makes a pauper the equal of a Rockefeller, the stupid man equal of an Einstein, and an ignorant man equal of any college president. That institution, gentlemen, is a court. It can be the Supreme Court of the United States or the humblest J.P. court in the land, or this honourable court which you serve. Our courts have their faults, as does any human constitution, but in this country our courts are the great levellers, and in our courts all men are created equal.” Access to the courts for individuals who have been injured. That is what is necessary and what is required to obtain fair compensation.
